In an extra building beside my villa in Toltorpsdalen in Mölndal, theres a 1,5 room and kitchenette suitable for 1-2 persons ready to rent from August 1. The apartment has a living room with a sleeping area and a kitchenette of about 30 m2. There are two comfortable beds and a bed sofa for one adult or two children. (Extra beds for occasional extra guests are available as well). The kitchenette is well-equipped an in the bathroom you have toilet, shower and a washing machine. The laundry can easily be dried there as well. Further, theres WIFI and IPTV with channels from all over the world. Youll also have access to the fenced garden with its garden furnitures, a gas fired barbecue and a gas fired wok boiler. Its quit close to Gothenburg centre and at the same time very close to two nice forest areas. With easy walking distance to buses it takes only 10-15 min to reach Gothenburg centre. This place is ideal for a pair of students or professionals on limited assignments/missions at Chalmers, the University, the hospital Sahlgrenska or at any of the large companies nearby like Volvo, Ericsson, Astra-Zeneca etc. As theres several other guests from abroad in the other apartments in the main building, youre supposed to feel comfortable in an international environment.
