Walking distance to grocery shops ICA maxi, willis, netto, restaurants, gym, cafeterias etc. The rent is 5000 kr/month, with one month deposit. The rent includes furniture (if desired), water, heating, garbage collection, electricity, internet. In the apartment is available washing machine, dryer, dish machine I am looking for a social, tidy and responsible person. Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. Due to the COVID-19 personal viewing of the apartment will be only available to people who doesnt show cold-like symptoms.
