Hi I am an engineer, working in automotive industry as a manager, 31 years old. I am not so often at home and travelling hence looking for someone to share the apartment with. The apartment is 67 m2 and 3 rooms. Address is 50 meters from Bifrost bus station. Quite good location 5-15 min to university depending on how you travel, car, bus bike etc. I turned the living room into bedroom as I travel a lot and I dont really need the whole space for myself. I will be renting a big room. It is 15-20m2. 3 Wardrobes are in the room, so you have plenty of space for yourself. A studying desk and chair. Fresh bed. A big large soffa It is like a 1 room apartment for yourself. Please write whom you are, which periods you would like the rent the room, any reference if possible, if you are working a work proof or if you are a student a student proving that you are studying. I would like to have someone tidy, that is cleaning each week, not very noisy, fun and social person. 2 months deposition will be required. Rent will be paid in advance on time. E.g. pay and stay. 3 month notice period from both sides. It is NOT allowed to empty the apartment just before summer, if you stay until April and such, I expect you to cover June, July, August as well as I dont have time to find people during that time. While leaving the apartment, hence at the beginning, I require a cleaning fee of 1000 SEK as I had issues in the past with previous tenants. Instead, I will take a fee and fix it through a cleaning company or myself. The room is available from January 15 until 15th of August. So the first proper person comes gets it. The moving in date can be earlier, if we can agree with the person that is already living in it. It can be tillsvidare-forever and ever yours :) - after a try out period, if we get along. So the end date can be many years from now on.
