In a small extra building beside my villa in Toltorpsdalen in Mölndal, theres a 1,5 room and kitchenette suitable for 1-2 adults, and perhaps a child, ready to rent. The apartment has a living room with a sleeping area and a kitchenette, in total about 30 m2. (Blockets system doesnt allow to enter 1,5 rooms, so I entered 2.) Theres a comfortable 140 cm broad bed suitable for 1-2 persons and a bed sofa for occasional extra guests. An extra bed can be installed as well. The kitchenette is fully equipped and in the bathroom you have toilet, shower and a washing machine. The laundry can easily be dried there as well. Further, theres internet via fibre and WIFI, and IPTV with channels from all over the world will be reinstalled soon. Heat and electricity is included, no extra fees. Linen and towels is included as well. Youll also have access to the fenced garden with its furnitures, a gas fired barbecue and a gas fired wok boiler. You may park for free in front of the house or pay to park on the street. Its quit close to Gothenburg centre and at the same time very close to two nice forest areas. With 1-2 minutes walking distance to buses, it takes only 10-15 min to town. This place is ideal for a pair of students or professionals on limited assignments/missions at Chalmers, the University, the hospital Sahlgrenska or at any of the large companies nearby like Volvo, Ericsson, Astra-Zeneca etc. As theres several other guests from abroad in the other apartments on the property, youre supposed to feel comfortable in an international environment.
