One room apartment for renting

Hi everybody, I am renting out my 1 room apartment. The apartment is bright, and recently renovated in 2017. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, has furniture inside and a storeroom for your belongings. The community in the building has both common areas where you can enjoy the sun and park your bike, and a laundry room that you pay through the rent. Both of the places are yours to use how much you want. The apartment is located at Nobeltorget, which is a 15 minute walk from the centrum. If you would like to take the bus, you can take number 5 and 3 towards the city, which are both within 100 m distance from the apartment. In addition, there are shopping opportunities as well as several cozy restaurants. The rent is 6.500 kr. Per month. The rent includes electricity, water, heating, internet and insurance as well as the laundry room. I am looking for someone who has a stabile economy, as a deposit is a requirement. NB.
