Kungsgatan, Rörsjöstaden, close to värnhem. Apartament has tot 6 rooms spread on 140 m2. 2 small rooms 4200 kr/month 2 big rooms 5200 kr/month This includes all. Fully furnished with bed/TV. Access to kitchen and share living room with big sofa and big TV. I am 35 years and decided to share my super large apartment with other persons, as I think it is boring to live alone. I want to get 4-5 persons to share the flat. We all move in at once dec/jan. The apartment is now on total makeover and will be very luxurious and nice with good beds, tvs and nice furniture in each room. It is an old style apartment with 3 meters to the ceilings. New kitchen and new bathroom are right now in progress. I plan to be finished with all renovations in middle of December. Then I want to hire 4 rooms 5th room, biggest room is mine. About me: I have 2 companies and work much from home. A lot sw development and other interesting projects. I travel a lot. I have a small super sweet dog living with me. I am singel right now. l like movies, surfing and adventurous sports. I also love beer, wine and nice food. Who I want as flatmates: Fist of all. Not party students under 23. Preferably calm mature persons like me that are around 30. Maybe run own buisness. Maybe need an extra place in Malmö. Well behaved persons. I do not mind having some nice dinners together from time to time and exchange expirinces. Prefer social and outgoing persons. I would like to hire rooms that are not used for longer time on short-term basis. For example I am sometimes gone away for 2 weeks. Then I maybe will hire my room while I an gone. Therefore you must be OK with that new intrnational people will come from time to time. Also if you for example need go home for summer and do not want to pay then it is OK too. Just let me know. If you would be intrested then please describe yourself. A picture of youself would be perfect as a face is often better than 1000 words. Write you age and hobbies and if you prefer smaller (cheaper) or bigger room.
