Hi, We are renting a 16 sqm room in a 94 sqm apartment. The room is partly furnished and has a French balcony and a small walk in closet. The apartment is freshly renovated- with a new kitchen and bathroom- and is located in trianglen, therefore very close from bus and train lines, shops and restaurants. The rent is 4300 SEK including electricity, high speed internet, water and heating. Moving in date is preferably on the 1st of July. We are looking for 1 person to move in.
