The room is modern and fresh with a single bed, workspace, drawers and hangers for clothes. The ceiling is sloping and 4,5 meters high, which creates a cozy and airy atmosphere. The bathroom and Kitchen are close to the room. The house is a fully renovated villa from 1905, picturesque and cozy. We have a nice garden with many places to sit and relax. The house is located in Limhamn, the best residential part of Malmö, with lush gardens and nice villas calm small streets and close to the beach, commercial services, recreation areas and quick access to Malmö center. It is safe to walk during both night and daytime. You will have access to your room, bathroom, garden and use of the Kitchen and laundry facility. Wifi is included. The Bus stop Rosenvångsplan a 2- minute walk. Bus service 4 take approx 18 minutes to Malmö central station. Bus stop Gejersgatan 8-minute walk takes approx 9 minutes to Malmö University. We are within 10 minutes walk to Limhamn Center which offers shopping and services. You will reach Malmös Copa Cabana in 10 minutes walk with a long beach and a huge recreation area and Hylliekrokens Golf Club. Tennis stadium and gym in 10 minutes. The room is available from the 1st of July, for one person who is over 21 years with good references. Preferably you are a University student or an or executive commuter, with a stable financial situation and a charming personality :-) Like us...
