Id like to rent out my beautiful, clean and newly renovated apartment for a six month contract from the middle of October because I will be leaving the country for an extended period of time. When I come back, Im not sure if I would like to move back into my apartment or not so thats why I think that it is best suited for someone who is moving into the city and needs an apartment quickly so they can find another, more longterm apartment within the six months time. It is completely furnished and ready to go. Placed in the eco-city of Augustenborg, the neighborhood is very green and cozy as well as a mere 15 minute walk to Möllevångstorget in the center. All I ask of you as a tenant is that you treat the place with the same level of respect as I do. Keep it nice and clean, dont break anything. Dont be late with the rent. Things like that. Everything is included in the rent save for the electricity. Internet and basic cable are also included. Street parking costs 15 SEK / day
