This apartment is available for the months of January and February. You cant get an apartment more centrally located or better connected by public transport in Malmö. This corner apartment has windows on 3 sides to make the best of the winter light. Large eat in kitchen with dishwasher. Rent includes all utilities, high speed internet, heating with all bedding provided. The bedroom and bathroom closets will be emptied so you can make yourself at home. Sleeping arrangement Bedroom 1: 180m king sized bed (memory foam top mattress - 2 guests - cannot be separated) Bedroom 2: 1 single bed (90cm x 200cm) and/or child bed (70cm x 160cm) available - whichever you prefer Lounge room: sofa or double blow up air mattress (1 guest) The neighborhood Located just 400m from Folkets Park, the neighbourhood is a vibrant hub of activity. The park hosts various festivals, theatre, childrens activities and a terrarium. 900m away you will find the Triangeln shopping centre and Train station with travels directly to Copenhagen and in all directions to the rest of Sweden (East coast, Stockholm, etc). The fresh food markets at Möllevångstorget is 800m away. There are 4 supermarkets within 1 km walk. 950m to Gustav Adolfs Torg and Gamla Stan. Pricing is dependant on your intended check in and check out dates. Discounts for longer stays (ie the whole month) apply. Special Requirements/Additional comments Toys may be included for family stays or removed if you are not travelling with children. 500 security deposit to be returned within 7 days of check out providing the final inspection reveals no damage, lost keys or extreme cleaning required.
