The apartment consists of: Living room, bedroom, fully equiped kitchen, bathroom, hall and balcony towards west. Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated. The apartment is rented out over the summer, that is from now until August 20, but we can provide some flexibility regarding the specific dates. The monthly price is 7000 SEK which includes heating, water and a high speed wireless internet. The apartment is perfect for one person or a couple but can also be shared if needed (we can provide an extra floor bed). There are good commuting possibilities e.g. to Lund as the apartment is located close to Värnhemstorget, and shopping facilities can be found within 5 min walking distance.
