Welcome to a bright and thoughtfully planned two room apartment of 54 sqm in the heart of Dockan, one of Malmös most desirable waterfront neighbourhoods. The open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen span 25 sqm, with large windows that bring in natural light throughout the day. From the windows you have a side view of the water, which gives the apartment a real sense of being by the sea without being fully exposed to the quay. The 11 sqm bedroom has a separate walk in closet, giving you generous storage and keeping the rest of the home calm and uncluttered. The entrance hall offers a spacious sliding door wardrobe, and the bathroom comes with a combined washer and dryer, so there is no need for a shared laundry room. A French balcony in the living room brings in fresh air and the gentle sound of the harbour. The apartment is rented out furnished, but we are flexible and happy to adjust based on the tenants needs. What is in place includes a kitchen table with four chairs, sofa, coffee table, TV, bed, dresser and lighting. There are also some paintings on the walls that are welcome to stay if you like them. Heating, water, internet and TV are included in the rent. Electricity is charged separately based on actual consumption and billed afterwards. The location is hard to beat. Västra Hamnen and the Turning Torso are within walking distance, and the city centre is a short walk or bike ride away. Grocery stores, gyms and cafés are all in the same block. For commuters, the setting is ideal. Malmö Central Station is around ten minutes on foot, putting Copenhagen and Kastrup Airport just over half an hour away by Öresund train. Parking is available outside the building and is rented separately by the tenant, with spots currently available. We are temporarily relocating abroad and want to rent the home to someone who will take good care of it during that time. The sublet is pre approved by the housing association, so the process will be smooth for the right tenant.
