Cute apartment in the heart of Lund, shared with another international student. Preferably female and a social person. Shared kitchenette, bathroom. Fully furnished. Access to laundry room, storage room and a patio. Pros: Very close to the university and city centre. Wi-fi and electricity included to the rent. Calm area and house. The entire apartment is shared with only you and the other student. Access to the patio/garden directly from your room. Pets allowed. Cons: Your room is originally the living room so there is less privacy than for example in a dormitory. The other room (a smaller bedroom) is occupied by the other student. But there is a possibility to furnish the room as you want. No parties allowed.
