Hi, we are looking for a FEMALE roommate for sharing a large, spacious furnished house of 95 sq. We are a small family, with a 4-year-old daughter who is going to preschool. We are looking for someone who is ORDERLY, RESPONSIBLE, CLEANLY and POLITE.No Smoker and no pets. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom, but the living room and kitchen will be in sharing. The monthly rent is 4000 SEK, with electricity, internet, water, heat, all included. We will require a deposit equivalent of 1 months rent. The apartment is situated in Magistratsvägen, 12 minutes bikyng from the city center and really close to the beautiful Sankt Hans park.
