Apartment in calm area, within walking distance to Hospital, LTH, BMC, most University departments, several bus stops and four supermarkets. A comfortable, 10m2 fully furnished room, including bedding and towels is rented to non-smokers male students and postgraduates for a whole academic year. A total of three people share the apartment: the landlady and two tenants. There are two bathrooms, one for tenants and one for the landlady. Access to fully equipped kitchen, laundry and dining room. Wireless broadband, electricity, heat and laundry are included in the rent, 3800 kr. There are no pets and the apartment is clean and fresh. Living here gives you an organized and calm atmosphere which facilitate your studies, research work, cooking and resting. Detailed pictures showing the room and common areas are ready to be sent. The room is available from the 1st of August 2019 until the 30th of June 2020. It is possible to rent the room even from the 1st July in case of need.
