Cosy apartment near the centre of lund.

Im going away for three months and am renting out my apartment during the time Im away. The apartment is fully furnished and will include all living necessities you might need. Including, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove and everything else that comes with a kitchen. Private washing machine in the apartment, clean bed sheets, towels and more. Electricity, heat, water and internet is all included in the rent. The apartment is just a 5 min walk from Mårtenstorget and has great connections to Malmö. The house is part of a smaller community of 7 houses with a shared garden, which you of course have full access to. The house has great insolation and with 20 cm thick brick walls you can play music without bothering the neighbours. The renting period is from the 23 April 17 July, but can be flexible on a day or two if that is needed. Rent is 7000 per month and a deposit of one month will be asked for.
