A comfortable, 16m2 fully furnished room, including bedding and towels is rented to non-smokers male students and postgraduates. Only three people share the apartment: the landlady and two tenants. There are two bathrooms, one for tenants and one for the landlady. Access to fully equipped kitchen, laundry and dining room. Wireless broadband, electricity, heat, laundry and dishwasher are included in the rent, 4300 kr. There are no pets and the apartment is clean and fresh. Living here gives you an organized and calm atmosphere which facilitates your studies, research work, cooking and resting. Detailed pictures showing the room and common areas are ready to be sent.
