Apartment in calm area, within walking distance of Hospital, LTH, BMC, most University departments, several bus stops and four supermarkets. A comfortable, 16m2 fully furnished room, including bedding and towels is rented to non-smokers students and postgraduates. Only three people share the apartment: the landlady and two tenants. There are two bathrooms, one for tenants and one for the landlady. Access to fully equipped kitchen, laundry and dining room. Wireless broadband, electricity, heat and laundry are included in the rent, 4200 kr. There are no pets and the apartment is clean and fresh. Living here gives you an organized and calm atmosphere in which to facilitate your studies, research work, cooking and resting. Detailed pictures showing the common areas are ready to be sent. The room is available from the 1st of August 2019 until the 30th of June 2020. In case of need the room is even available from the 1st of July. If you send a request, please include: 1.
