A townhouse for renting in a family friend area. 3 minutes walking distance to a train station named Stångby. It takes 3 minutes to take trains to go to Lund. There are also bus No. 3 going to the center of Lund. It takes about 17 minutes to bike to LTH and 20 minutes to bike to Lund central station. The house is with open kitchen and two bedrooms. The facilities are very new. The house is fully furnished with kid friendly furnitures. There are two bikes for you to use freely, and one with childrens seat. The deposit is 3 month rent. The renting period is 6 month with a possibility of extension. The rent includes avgift and a parking space with a roof, but excludes warm (floor heating), electricity, water and internet. You will also need to buy a home insurance. Note the moving date is the earliest 22rd of October, not possible to move in earlier than that.
