Im a professional at Malmö & Lund university (woman around 45). I sublet one big bedroom along with one private big living room (with an extra bed) in a flat I own. Its just by the train station and cant get more central. The part I sublet (70 sqm) with two rooms has a separate entrance. The house is 100 years old and lovely. It is furnished with classy old-style furniture. Private, clean, ready to move in You share bathroom with me. I live here (alone) but you will see little of me anyway. This has been considered as much nicer and also cheeper than hotels, by several guests over the years. You can get a receipt for the stay. I have been subletting to Lund university staff, guest researchers and professionals for many years. You can see several references and reviews (online too) as well as photos and good description of the place. So, I sublet for 1-4 weeks at a time - or to a weekly commuter coming back. Ideal would be if you want to stay here now and then and can be a regular visitor, for shorter stays of a couple of days or weeks. Or maybe a company with regular guests who need something else than hotel rooms Im serious about this This is my home as well, but my home is a bit too big for me now. Its clean. No parties (I work a lot). No kids. Im used to having guests here, even if Im in my forties. This is similar to sites online (that Ive used a lot) but I cant be public because of my work right now. Not full-time-housing. One or two persons. Since Im a teacher at the university and work for the government, I will tell my full name and address once you have written a message. I cant have my students etc. looking at photos of my home :-) Looking forward to nice messages (Im Swedish, but wrote the text in English.)
