1) One dorm is located at Östratornsvägen near by LTH, school of economics, Ideon, ESS Contract from 1th October to 30th June 2019, with possible extension. The house is a dorm with 7 furnished rooms downstairs and 5 furnished rooms up stairs. There is two kitchen and two bathroom in the house. Rent amount: 3650 SEK/month, including electricity, heating, internet and furniture. 2) One room is located in a in a shared large apartment in central parts of Lund. Contract from 1th October to 30th June 2019, with possible extension. The room have a fresh and high standard, with 3.5 meters to the ceiling, parquet floors and furnished with desk, chair, bed, wardrobe, lamps, curtains as well as linens (pillow, blanket, sheets). There is totaly three rooms sharing a toilet and a kitchenette. Rent amount: 4500 SEK/month including electricity, heating, internet and furniture. Each room is suited for one person. We are looking for tenants who are calm and orderly. This is NOT an accommodation for you if: you have children an animal The ad is taken away when a contract is sign with a new tenant.
