Hi, Im looking for a resident for my apartment in Lund. The apartment is shared together with me. I am a 33 year old woman, Im child-, animal- and smoke-free and works with interior design. I like a home that feels welcoming and want it to be a place to calm down. You are a woman, non-smoking, who likes to have a clean and tidy home and want to live in a flat where mutual respect is the key. You are positive, humble and understand the responsibility of sharing a home with another person. There is one single room available for hire, and I rent it out for 6,000 SEK/month. Electricity, water and internet (wifi) are included in the rent. Relocation for the room is the 1th of December, 2018. There will be a deposit. The apartment has two fully tiled bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and 4 bedrooms. In the kitchen there are all facilities. A large laundry room is downstairs. In the area there are facilities as library, indoor and outdoor pool, ice hockey hall, green area, football arena and grocery stores. It is proximity to Tetra Pak, the University and its only 5 minutes walk to the city park. In the area lives both students, families and elderly people. I really enjoying that mix of people. There are good connections to The central of Lund, direct bus (8 minutes) to the University and also express buses to the central of Malmö. Please write and tell me more about yourself.
