Hi, Im looking for residents for my apartment in Lund. The apartment is shared together with me. I am a 33 year old woman, Im child-, animal- and smoke-free and works with interior design. I like a home that feels welcoming and want it to be a place to calm down. You are a woman, non-smoking, who likes to have a clean and tidy home and want to live in a flat where mutual respect is the key. You are positive, humble and understand the responsibility of sharing a home with another person. There is two single rooms available for hire, one is a little bit bigger than the other one. The bigger single room is rented out for 6,000 SEK/month. The smaller single room is rented out for 5,700 SEK /month. Electricity, water and internet are included in the rent. Relocation for the smaller room is the 1th of July 2018, and the bigger room is the 1th of August, 2018. There will be a deposit. The apartment has two fully tiled bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, two single rooms and one double room. In the kitchen there are all facilities, such as dishwasher and micro. A large laundry room is downstairs. In the area there are grocery stores, libraries, a large nature area, Lunds new arena, Högevallsbadet, and it is proximity to Tetra Pak and Lunds only outdoor swimming pool. There are good connections to The central of Lund, direct bus (8 minutes) to the University and also express buses to the central of Malmö. Please write and tell me about yourself.
