We are renting out furnished rooms in a beautiful house in central Lund, 10 min walking from the central train station. Close to the university, buses and trains, it is also quiet and with a big garden in the back. ----------- THIRD FLOOR: Shares shower & kitchen with 4-5 other people. Currently, there are four rooms available on the third floor, 16-30 sqm in size. See attached pictures. Rent: 4500 SEK ---- FIRST FLOOR: Shares shower and kitchen with 4-5 other people Salon: A large room, about 50 sqm, plus smaller veranda room with exit to the big garden in the back. A lot of windows, bright and airy. Can be rented short-term or long-term after agreement. ---- CELLAR: Shares shower with 4 other people. In the cellar its possible to do some easier cooking, like boiling foods, using microwave, fridge. Big room: about 50 sqm, small entry room, big main room, and small room usually used for the bed. Rent: 5500 SEK Small room: about 12 sqm. Rent: 4000 SEK The rooms are furnished, so bringing your own furniture is not needed. Please note that the furniture on the pictures may differ from the current layout. We can provide some bed clothes, pillows and duvets/blankets if you cant bring your own. We want PhD-students, post-docs or perhaps people who has finished their studies and are now working, young professionals. You should be a non-smoker, that dont mind sharing facilities (kitchen, bath/showers, laundry room) and know the importance of helping out and taking care of the place.
