Rent out short term as soon as posible - end of August The flat is near Annehem with both bus nr 4 Norra fäladen and 2 Annehem within 4 minutes walking distance. Grocery shops such as Netto and Ica are within 5-10 walking distance. A bus ride to central takes about 12 minutes and from there trains to Malmö city. There is also bus 171 which takes you to LTH, Ideon in a few minutes and on to Malmö in 17 minutes. 171 is about 12 minute walking distance. We are two people living in the flat. One adult and one child. Weekends are child free and parts of the summer we will be away which leaves the tenant with the apartment to him/herself. The room is available as soon as possible with bills all included in rent. The room is partly unfurnished. I can provide a clothing rail and an electric mattress if wished for.
