One of the room in a newly built radhus is looking for a new tenant, preferably male student attending Lund University, since all of us living there are students. The house is located in the northeast part of Södra Sandby, 1450m away from the Sandby centrum busstation. Yellow bus 166 goes to Lund every 7 min during rush hours. Biking to Lund is also very enjoyable on the nice biking trail (12km). Rent is 3000kr per month including everything. Shared kitchen and living area on the first floor. Two bathroom in the house and access to washing machine and dryer. Plenty of parking space on the side of the house.
