I have two rooms in my apartment for rend. Both available from October 1st. One is a good size bedroom with a bed, drawers, lamps and a desk for 4200 sek per month including the hot water and electricity The other one is a very larger room with wood floor for 4700 sek including electricity and hot water. We have washing machine and dryer in the apartment. We have two bathrooms in the apartment and the kitchen is shared The bus stop is right in front of the buildings and the area is just few minutes walk to Nova Lund, mobila and all the supermarkets Ica, coop, city gross and other stores. It is 15 minutes walk away from the train station and the city center.
