Hej Jag hyr ut ett rum i min tvåakök från mitten av juli till mitten av augusti och vänder mig främst till kvinnliga internationella studenter men alla är välkomna att söka För mer information, se den engelska beskrivningen här nedan. Hi I am looking for one or two international students (everyone is welcome to contact me) that can rent one room in my 2 roomkitchen apartment behind Lund central station from mid-July until mid-August. The apartment consists of two separate rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. We will be flat-mates since I will live in the second room, so it is important that we can co-operate and show each other mutual respect. I prefer to rent out the room to international students since I know how difficult it is to find a place to stay in Lund, but everyone is welcome to apply. The room is furnished and has a bed (120x200 cm), a desk, a chair, book shelf and a clothes dresser. There is a separate kitchen, bathroom and hallway that we will share together. The tenant/s will rent the room for a month since I have another tenant moving in around mid-August. The most important aspect for me is to find a person that I can trust and that likes to keep the apartment clean, follows our house-rules and has nothing against pets (hamsters). In general, it is not appreciated to be noisy in this area, as there are many families with small children in the building. According to the rules in the building, you cant be noisy after 10 pm. The apartment is newly renovated (kitchen, bathroom and floors) and has full kitchen supplies, a dishwashing machine, a balcony, and I am renting the room out furnished. Of course there is WIFI as well. There are two laundry rooms in the basement and storages in-doors for bicycles. You will transfer the fee for the rent to my bank account when you sign the contract with me since I want you to see the room before you transfer any money. Everything is included in the rent: electricity, water, heating, and the internet fee so you dont need to pay anything extra. I will ask for a deposit fee of 2000 SEK, when you sign a contract with me. You will get this fee back in case nothing has been broken or damaged at the time when you move out. I am planning to rent it out until the middle of August 2019, but in case my tenant decides to move in later in the end of August I could of course extend the contract until the tenant moves in. The price for one tenant is 5300 SEK/month and 6200 SEK/month for two tenants. I will be away sometimes during the summer so you will have the apartment for yourself when Im not around.
