Hi I am renting out my 4-room apartment located in Tuna as I am currently working abroad. The apartment is pretty spacious (100 square meters) and also pet-friendly. The room arrangement can be found in the attached photo. It is in great location --- just few-minutes walk way from the best elementary school in Lund, Tunaskolen and also pretty close to the Lund international school. So it is very suitable for the families who have their kids attending these two schools. Living in this area is also very convenient: laundry both in house and basement various shop nearby including ICA Kvantum Malmborgs Tuna under 10 mins bus/bike away to Lund University. It is also a good choice for the LU scholars/students who prefer to have their own space or share the apartment with few others. The apartment is available from Mar. 3 with the rent 16000 SEK/month. One-year lease can be signed with possible extension. The apartment is currently not furnished, some simple furnitures (beds, table, etc.) can be added if required.
