We will rent out one room in our house. 3km from University. Direct buss to University. Takes 20min. Free Wifi. The house is nice and in a calm area. 100m to Ormberget were u can ski and run. The room is big and nice and u have. Bed Sofa Table for study. The room is on the second floor were u also have shower and toilet. Car park outside house. All is included in the rent exept food. We only like to rent out to a girl. If the add is here the room is available. We will take a way the add if its rent out.
