Vi hyr ut vårt hem i lugnt läge i Bergnäset p.g.a. jobb på annan ort. Entréplan med 3 rum, kök och badrum. Ljust, stort vardagsrum/matsal med öppen spis. Rymligt och ljust kök. Nedervåning med lounge, bastu, badrum och nyrenoverat sovrum. Tvättstuga och förråd. Stort tomt med charmig trädgård i sommars och enkel att skotta på vintern. Frihetskänsla mitt i stan. Huset har 100 m till busshållplats, eller 25 minuter promenad till centrum. I området finns supermarket, kiosk, pizzerior, dagis, grundskolor och hälsocentral. Uthyres sparsamt möblerad eller omöblerad. Wi-fi och TV med basabonnemang finns. Vi vill att du är seriös, har en stabil ekonomi och vi vill förstås hyra till någon som tar väl hand om vårt hus. The house is on a quiet street in Bergnäset, 100 meters from bus, and 25 minutes walking distance to the city center. The neighbourhood has supermarket, pizza places, daycare, elementary schools, drugstore, health- and dental center. Upstairs or streetlevel is a big and illuminated living room/dining room with open chimney, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a good size and bright kitchen. Downstairs is a sauna, lounge, bathroom and a newly renovated bedroom. There is also laundryroom and big storage space. In the summer one can enjoy the big patio, and in the winter it is easy to clean the snow. One really gets a sense of nature and tranquility in the middle of the city. The house rents partially furnished but unfurnished can also be discussed. There is wi-fi and TV (basic channels). We want serious persons, responsible, with stable economy that will take good care of the house.
