We are looking for a family or a couple to rent our furnished house, wonderfully located, on a time limited contract - preferably 1-2 years. The house is 104 square meters, situated 2 km from the city center by the edge of Vallaskogen, very conveniently located on walking distance from Linköping University and Gamla Linköping, not far from the International School Atlas and the regional hospital. The area is remote from roads and popular among families with children. The house contains 3 bedrooms, a guest/activity room (which can be used as a bedroom), a living room, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. It is furnished with furnitures and kitchenware suitable for a family with 2-3 young children (beds in the photos may be changed if needed). We ask for a rent of 14 500 kr/month which includes: heating, electricity, water, internet, and cable TV. Not included is garage but free short term parking lots are provided for residents on day-to-day availability. We do not accept pets or smoking. Availability: January 1.
