We would like to rent our house for an initial period of one year from august 2018. It is located in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood in the Viksjö area with community feeling. With close proximity to the school, kindergarten, bus stop and shops, the house is ideal for a professional couple or family with small children. The area is conveniently located from motorway E18 to allow access to Stockholm and other cities near by. All the rooms have wooden floors and light coloured walls. The kitchen, toilet and bathroom have been recently renovated. The entrance and bathroom have floor heating to provide extra comfort during cold winters. The ground floor consists of living room, dining area, open plan kitchen, storage area. The kitchen opens to the back yard terrace. Three bed rooms (one master and 2 normal sized), spacious bathroom including washer/dryer, storage room and balcony. The house will be rented unfurnished. The monthly rent will be 16000 SEK excluding utility bills. Deposit shall be 16000 SEK which shall be paid upon signing of the contract. Notice period will be 2 months.
