I rent out my fantastic 1-room apartment. It is built in 2012. Write a short summary of yourself, not just the name. I want also to know what your job is and who would live in the apartment. RENTAL TIME: 1 year or 6 months, available already now. LOCATION: a few mins walk from Jakobsberg C, from which it takes 20 min to Stockholm City, walking distance from Barkarby shopping area (IKEA and everything else) - close to all necessities. LIGHT: south side, large sunny balcony, looking at our BRFs private garden. SLEEPING: has a sleeping alcove (sovalkov) FURNITURE: has a bed and a closet for clothes. BATHROOM AND WASHING: large bathroom with own washer/drier OTHER: storage room in apartment, and you can also rent a storage from the BRF. May be possible to park for free, subject to daily availability. RENT: 10,000 SEK/month, all included if the electricity does not exceed 210 SEK / month. One month deposit. MOST IMPORTANT: I want to rent it to a tidy person who will clean regularly. No smokers and no pets.
