Currently the room is furnished with a single bed (160 cm ,MIO), wardrobe and a computer desk and chair. The apartment is 79m, with shared kitchen / dining room, living room, bathroom with toilet and prized west facing balcony. The apartment is in a quiet and nice area of newly produced apartments (2016) surrounded by nature, right opposite to the apartment is ICA Maxi open 6-23 and many other grocery stores and Barkarby Quality Outlet, Gym, Restaurants etc. It takes about a minutes to get to the bus stop that will take you to the Barkarby Station, Akalla, Sollentuna etc. Nearest metro stop is 10 min away. You can reach Stockholm S within 20 min through Blue line or Pendaltag. The monthly rent is SEK 6500 and the deposit is 1 monthly rent. For rent for at least 3 months with 1-month notice both ways. No pets allowed. Preferable one person stay in the apartment for the ease of access to common areas. The tenant must be drug free (Good for you too :P), Calm, Responsible and Tidy, Identification is required. Previous References is a plus.
