The nearest fitness center is 500 metres away and Huddinge centrum is 1,2 km by foot. You are also less than 100 metres away from a forest area with a running track with lights. There are several paths and trails in the forest area which is directly connected to the Flemingsberg Nature Reserve 1 km away, fishing lakes and you can also reach Sörmlandsleden if you are interested in a longer hiking. The house is built in 1979 and has an older but functional kitchen.
