Omöblerat rum i nyrenoverad lägenhet, röda linjen. Unfurnished room in newly renovated apartment Red line. English below. Vill hyra ut ena rummet i min tvåa på 60 m som renoverades två månader sen vid inflytt. Rummet hyrs ut omöblerat, finns stor garderob som bilden visar. I bostaden finns: tvättmaskin, torktumlare (tvättstuga finns också), diskmaskin, säkerhetsdörr etc. OM DIG: Behöver nån rökfri som är ordnad så vi kan ta hand om lägenheten tillsammans. Nån social, (man behöver inte vara pratig) som kan föra en konversation, ja man har sitt rum och privata liv osv men vi kommer ju.. bo tillsammans(). Så det får gärna klicka mellan oss. Självfallet fast inkomst arbete osv behärska svenska och/eller engelska flytande OMRÅDET: Närmast t-bana är Vårby Gård. 7 min promenad från bostaden. 3 min till Skärholmen, 17 min till Liljeholmen och 27 min till T-centralen. Området består av mestadels barnfamiljer, folk med olika klass. Runt hörnet från porten finns mini livs som har postombud, och en ICA vid tunnelbanan. Finns inget riktigt centrum därför är det jättelugnt. Just det det finns en bowlinghall precis under bostaden om du älskar att bowla. Två stationer bort finns Skärholmen som är livligt i jämförelse.. finns typ allt, stor galleria, restauranger kaféer, bibliotek, och viktigaste kanske Sveriges bästa matställe, Ica Coop Lidl och tre andra mataffärer med mat från hela världen. OM MIG En 30 årig man som jobbar på Systembolaget, därav intresset för dryckesvärlden. Älskar att dansa, gymmar ofta, laga mat, jobbat mycket med personlig utveckling. Dokumentärer, om brott djur etc. Läsa om om människan, beteende etc. Inflytt 1-15 Feb. En månads deposition. Hyr helst ut längre period, mins 6 månader. The room is rented unfurnished, there is a large closet as the picture shows. In the house there are: washing machine, dryer (laundry room also available), dishwasher, security door etc. ABOUT YOU: Need someone who doesnt smoke and is not messy, so we can take care of the apartment together. Someone who can have a conversation(you do not have to be talkative), yes you have your room and private life etc but we will live under the same roof after all (). So the atmosphere should be pleasant. Of course someone with income, work etc and speaks Swedish and/or English fluently THE AREA: The nearest metro is Vårby Gård. 7 minutes walk from the apartment. 3 min to Skärholmen, 17 min to Liljeholmen and 27 min to T-centralen. The area consists mostly of families with children, people with different classes. Around the corner from the gate there is a mini market that have postal agents, and an ICA by the metro. Small café etc so not a lot of activity here therefore the area is pretty quiet. Oh and there is a bowling alley just underneath the apartment if you like that. Two stations away is Skärholmen which has a lot more activity in comparison .. there is like everything, large mall, restaurants cafes, library, and most important perhaps Swedens best food place, Ica, Coop, Lidl and three other grocery stores with food from all over the world. ABOUT ME A 30-year-old man who works at Systembolaget, hence the interest in the winemaking, beer etc. Love to dance, go to gym often, cook, worked a lot with my personal development. Documentaries, about crime animals etc. Read about about humans, our brain and behaviors etc. Move in 1-15 Feb. One month deposit. Preferably rent for a longer period, at least 6 months.
