Bed 0.90 m wide, walk-in closet with shelves and drawers, book shelf, armchair, TV, desk and chair. Cable-TV (Canal Digital) included in the rent a TV as long as it works. Rental period min 3 months with the possibility to extend. Two-months deposit which will be returned after inspection when you move out. 4500/month, available August 5th.
