Unique, fully furnished and equipped studio apartment in private villa near the city center Gorgeously designed penthouse apartment with plenty of nooks and crannies (sloping ceiling), on the third floor of a private villa. Entrance is via staircase (not through the familys apartment). The building is centrally located, close to Campus, about 5 min walk to the center, with walking distance to sport arenas (Olympia) and nature trails (Jordbodalen). Good bus connections, proximity to many different shops, open air market, restaurants, gyms etc. This studio apartment with about 70 sqm floor area, has large dormer windows with views overlooking the sea and Denmark, separate area for dining, two sleeping areas and living room with a large sofa and a 40 inch TV with satellite channels (Canal Digital). It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, toaster and electric kettle. Furthermore Fast Internet (fiber), tiled bathroom with shower and underfloor heating and Parking is available on the street, or can be arranged on the property. NOTE: We require residents to be non-smokers, and we do not allow children under 10 years (due to windows and steep staircase). The apartment can lodge 2-4 persons comfortably, and is suitable for two adult singles sharing the rent or a couple (w. child). The rent is calculated depending on length of stay and number of occupants. We rent out weekly, monthly and long-term. We are not strict on income and references, personality is more important. A deposit is required that will be refundable at the time of departure.
