Hello everyone. We have a 3 roomed apartment in Helsingborg that we wish to rent out from 1st of August 2019 with a one year guarantee since we moved to England , it is situated just 5 minutes by buss to the centrum and approximately 10-15 minutes walk. It is located in a diverse place, a lot of cultures and a very friendly neighborhood, the shops, apotekt, cinemas and restaurants are just a stone away. We need a responsible person, family or a couple that takes rent seriously and the well being of the place. Electricity and internet is to be paid separately by the tenant, one deposit and first rent is be paid when one signs the contract. Feel free to ask any more questions please. Best, Monique
