Hello. We have an apartment to lent out in Helsingborg with moving in on 1st August 2019. The place is situated in a nice area that is diverse, and very culturally intergrated with different people of various backgrounds, one of the very many reasons I personally love this area. The apartment is just next to the buss stop, where the buss takes 5 minutes to the centrum, 10-15 minutes walk depending on your speed. The place is to be rented out unfurnished and is to be decorated according to your liking as long as the structure of the place is not altered. We are renting out because we have relocated to London for studies and at least will be gone for a year and more. Renting period, we prefer to start with six month(1 year guaranteed) and extend the contract according to how the individual/s wishing to occupy the area will behave in terms of rent payments, and being good neighbors. Please note. A deposit is a MUST if you wish to occupy this place, its is to be paid with the first rent. Electricity and water is not included in the rent, if you wish , we can take care of it but that means , the above amount changes. Otherwise the costs are to be fixed by you.
