In need of new roommates We are two friends that have 2 room to let, in Jordbro, Haninge municipality, one room is free from AA1, 2018. The other from July 1, 2018. The rooms are approximately 14m2 (150.6 ft2), the rooms are fully furnished with a wardrobe, beds, bookshelves, nightstand and a desk. In the rent (that is SEK 5000 a month) are everything included as: Wi-Fi, heating, water, washing powder and detergent, dishing-up liquid for example. There is a laundry and a dishwasher in the flat. The safety deposit is one months rent that will be repaid one month after moving out, since the deposit is on a closed account as the law requires for tenants. The flat itself are 122m2 (1313ft2) and you have access to a small toilette and a bathroom, kitchen and sitting room. If you want cable tv in your room, we will charge a small additional cost per month to cover our costs for the extra expense. You need to pay for your private items as shower gel and food. The rent must be on the account at latest the 28th every month. You will have an option to buy cheap food from one of our job. WE do not do drugs or drink alcohol, and that applies for you too at home. We have only old pictures of the rooms in question, but we hope that is okay by you. We have a four-bedroom flat and the rooms are in each corner of the flat, so we will not disturb each other. High voices and music rules are the same as we must consider from our landlord. The rents are for ONE person per room only, if you are TWO persons that will rent together the rent will be doubled and that applies for the safety deposit too and is not negotiable. We are looking for a long-term tenant and you need to have proof that you have a fixed income and we want to see your certificate of employment and/or payslip with your name on it. For students: you need to show that you attend school and have a similar paper as a payslip of your income. Ps: we have three cats that need to be treated as family members, so you dont wasnt to be allergic. References can be asked from our other tenants we have had. Smoking it is allowed on the balcony.
