Room for Rent in a brand new Apartment. I have a room available for rent in my apartment. The room is 8 square meters and comes furnished with a brand-new double bed, curtains, and a blind. Youll have your own key for the bedroom door for added privacy and security. All utilities, including Wi-Fi, electricity, and water, are included in the rent. We are a couple with our daughter whom is 2.5years old. I am a 36-year-old professional, working Monday to Friday. We are looking for a child-friendly roommate who doesnt mind occasional toys and some noise in the living room. We are a clean, tidy, and polite household, and my daughter is very friendly. We enjoy cooking at home and play a lot of games with our daughter. The apartment features two toilets, one bathroom, and a tall fridge and freezer for food storage. All appliances are updated. The apartment is on the second floor of a secure building in a nice area. Train is 10 minute walk and you can get into central in 25 minutes. For 3 years have commuted into the city for work.
