Hi I live in a three bedroom house and I am renting out two of my bedrooms on the top floor. There are three bedrooms on the top floor as well as a shower/toilet I renting two of my bedrooms and the two of you will share shower and toilet.. The kitchen as well as a big livingroom and a bathroom is on the first floor. I also have a small garden in the back of the house. The room that is for rent is 11m2 and its equipped with a bed (pillow/cover/sheets), a chair, a desk, a wardrobe as well as your own shower/toilet. You will also have access to the kitchen, a washing machine, (there are also a full equipped common washing center close to the house that you will have access to), access to the garden. The rent will include: Heating, water, electricity, sheets, towels, pillow and wi-fi. There is a bus going every 10 minutes a few minutes walk from the house that will take you to Angered Centrum (or a 7 minutes walk) and from Angered Centrum are there very efficient public transportation that will take you to the center of Gothenburg in less than 20 minutes. Angered Centrum is also where you can do your local shopping, grocery shopping or even exercising.
