Im leaving Sweden, so my room will be available from January (or maybe even from 23. December). The room is on the top floor of a big three story house on Thorild Wulffsgatan in Änggården, a quiet and extremely cozy area right next to the beautiful botanical garden and Änggardsberget, a mountain with a huge nature reserve. Its an eight minute walk to the tram stop called Botaniska Trädgården, and ten to Slotsskogen, a huge park/forest. The house is owned by the landlords, a lovely couple who live with their cat on the two lower floors. We share an entrance, but otherwise we dont see each other that often, and the middle floor is their office, so thats usually only occupied during the daytime. Our floor includes a three bedrooms and a cozy livingroom, with the kitchen in the same room, and a bathroom. The bathroom and livingroom are shared with my wonderful roommates, Villads and Anna, who study folk music at Högskolan för Scen och Musik. They mainly practice at the school, but when were not cooking delicious food or watching netflix, its not too uncommon for a violin to be heard. But theres pretty good soundproofing here, so you can always ask Villads to go to his room if youre not in the mood, even if it sounds nice :---). We also have a dishwasher The room is about 10-11 square metres, and comes with furniture as seen in the picture. Not shown in the picture is a medium sized mirror, a large closet and a large shelf. The bed is 110x200 cm. The plants are my own, but sadly I cant take all of them with me, so if you want some, we can figure it out :). The price is 6300 SEK a month, in which all is incuded such as internet, water, electricity, washing machine and dryer in the basement, petting the cat, etc. The landlords prefer to rent out long-term, as they dont want too many tenants coming and going.
