Hi everyone My landlord is looking for a female tenant to rent my room after Im gone (on 15th of October). Its a reasonably large room that comes with a desk, large bed, TV on the wall, some shelves which you can see on the pictures (theres too much stuff on the shelves, but its mine and will be gone:) ). Theres also a very large closet (see last pic). TV, wifi, electricity, water - everything is included. You also share a kitchen (and a part of a fridge) and a bathroom. The kitchen is large, with a dishwasher and everything, theres a washing machine in the bathroom as well as a laundry room in the house. Landlord himself is living in the second bedroom. Tram stop is 5 min away, it takes 15 min to get to Chalmers or 20 to the city centre. Its a nice and quiet place. Theres a cleaning person who comes every 3 weeks and cleans the whole appartment.
