Student room for rent

Room for rent in a shared flat, with another tenant. You will be sharing the flat with a 20 year old male tenant who is also a student. You will be sharing the kitchen, bathroom, the living room, and the washing room. The flat has its own entrance. The flat is in a villa on the basement, it is furnished (bed, desk, chairs, ...). Located in Näset/Åkered, one of the most beautiful and calm areas in Göteborg. Near the sea. 3-5 min to the bus stop, 25-30 min to the city centre. 3-5 min walk to the grocery/food store (ICA). The monthly rent is 5500 kr. Electricity, heating, water/warm water, WIFI through Fiber are included in this rent. Deposit equivalent to two months rent is required after signing the contract. Suitable tenant: male, student/working age between 20-25 years. Non-smoker, no pets.
