We are renting out our house, which offers a light and cosy atmosphere. 150 sqm are spread on 1,5 floors including a charming gallery. Three bedrooms and a freshly renovated bathroom with bathtub and shower are located on the upper floor. The living room and kitchen are the heart of the house with a huge surface and high ceiling. On entrance level there is a fourth bedroom, a working room, a toilet and the laundry. The garage offers additional storage space. There is a big garden but the major part of it has been remained natural and does not require garden work. The house is located in a quiet, popular and very family friendly area close to Gothenburgs biggest park (Hisingsparken). The travel time into Gothenburg city is 15 minutes by car or buss. All schools are available nearby. There house is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, a fully equipped kitchen and a satellite dish. Moreover, it will be rented partly furnished. Costs for community charges (private road) are included in the rent, but excluding personal costs such as heating, water/sewage, garbage collection and electicity (approximately 1 500 kr per month/4 persons household). We are looking for tenants who are planning to stay at least one year.
