This add is for a smaller furnished bedroom in a nice part of Gothenburg. The room has a desk, nightstand, dresser and a 90cm wide bed. Shared kitchen and bathroom. The closest tram stop is Nymilsgatan and is only a 5min walk away from home. It takes about 15min to get into central of town but there are also good connections the the rest of the areas in Gothenburg. The trams go all the time. There is the shoppingcenter Frölunda Torg just 5min away with tram and a Lidls just 5min within walking distance. Plenty of parking around for 5kr/h during the day and from 18 oclock to 8 in the morning its 1kr/h. We also have our own parking which you could use when were not, which is not very often since we havent got a car. You also get of course part from your room, some space in the fridge and freezer. Youll be welcome to use whatever pots, pans and other kitchen utensils from the kitchen. We also have a newly renovated gym and sauna in the housing association you welcome to use. You get to borrow two sets of towels and bed sheets when you move in. There is a laundry in the building next to us where you can easily book a time and do your laundry for free. We will also clean the bathroom which you be sharing with our other inherent, who is a pretty laidback gamer-guy. If you are interested to rent the room for a shorter stay than whats in the add shows that is also possible but please write so in your application, so we know from the start. It does not have to be an disadvantage for you. We could even consider a monthly contract. Other than that I believe that we are quite an easygoing little family. Please note that this room is for one person only so we can not, even if I often wish we could, house a small family or something like that. I will not either consider the applications which just contain a phone number.
