(Click the first picture to see all of them) Hello. Im currently renting out one of my bedrooms with shared usage of the kitchen, living room, bathroom and hallway. This includes split usage of all household equipment such as the microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, food mixer etc. The room itself is furnitured and in the kitchen theres an extra fridgefreezer. The apartment is very quiet and has a natural view over the forest of Svalebo and the western cemetary. Kennedygatan is situated close to the thriving neighboorhood of Mariaplan in Majorna, with several cafés, stores, pubs and restaurants being a minute walking distance away. The tram station (Sannaplan) is right outside the building. It takes 11-16 min to get to the city centre. To Chalmers it takes 30 min (14 min if you take the express tram). Im a calm 28 year old student. It may happen sometimes that I take care of the family dogs so its a good thing if you dont have any pet allergies.
